Fall Semester has STARTED
This is going to be a short post, I just wanted to tell the world I am grateful to be alive after JUST walking through the parking lot of main campus of CNM. I cannot wait until the student body who only enroll for classes to receive money from the government, get their checks and leave school. I know I know I sound really awful but the parking lots are CRAZY and I look forward to them not being so crowded. I also look forward to passing CALCULUS and STATISTICS this semester (Imma dummy for taking 2 math classes in 1 semester). I am sorry I don't have any pictures. Thanks for stopping by! Oh BY THE WAY!!!! I FINALLY GOT A JOB (pending my background check and drug screen pass)! I will start as soon as I get my paperwork done. I will be in the AP department. YAY ME!

Trip to UTAH
My favorite place in the world is WELLSVILLE, UTAH. And my next favorite place in the world is ANDERSON BROTHERS RANCH, in between Lava, and Bancroft IDAHO. (well they can be interchanged)
We left Albuquerque 8-11 @ 6 p.m. then we drove and drove. We went through Aztec NM this time to get to Cortez, CO. (I wish we would have seen it in the light, I sensed it was beautiful farm country). Then we finally made it to our camp spot in an area between Monticello, and Moab. We slept in the JEEP. Then bright and early we continued our journey to WELLSVILLE. When we got there my dad was ready for us to help him get ready for a REAL camping trip. So we went to see my mom who was still at work and to the grocery store and napa auto parts and a few other places. Then we got the camp trailor ready and OFF we went to IDAHO!
We set up camp and went to sleep. In the morning we went to Blackfoot, ID to a POW WOW, parade and HORSE RELAY RACE (awesome). The relay race consisted of 1 guy and 3 horses, BAREBACK. The rider had to ride the first horse around the track then jump off at a run then jump on horse #2 also starting to run. Then off they go around the track then he jumps off again at a run then jumps on horse #3 also starting to run. Whoever does this in the shortest time WINS! I thought this was so exciting to watch these natives jumping on a horse BAREBACK at such an alarming rate. CRAZY!!! Then we went back to camp for some HOTDOGS and MARSHMELLOWS. (and John and Ali SAVED us with some grape salad and sandwiches- love you) Then my brother, sister-in-law and NEPHEW came. I just love BRAXTON, he is getting so big and I am always missing him. That night we slept in my Aunt and Uncles trailor, in their nice comfterble bed.- THANKS AGAIN BRAD AND VAL!
The next morning we fished and Brad put my worm on my hook and I tossed it over the bridge and let the current take it!
Don't mind the PJ's, I had just gotten up.
Then MOM made us breakfast. We played on Brad and Val's FOURWHEELERS, and FLOATED THE RIVER!
Needless to say we had TOO much fun at the RANCH!
On the way home we stopped at an ELK RANCH near Preston and we got to see some HUGE (say in a braxton voice) ELK!
Kendall said this was a 10X9 BIG BOY!
Monday is a BLUR (for me but I will have to get Kendall to write about his EXPERIENCE), monday night however BRAXTON spent the night with us and Tuesday we spent the WHOLE day getting wet in the ditch and even WATER BALLOONS- Love you Buddy! Wednesday Me, Kendall, MOM, DAD and BRAXTON went to BEAR LAKE! HOLY COW it was soooooo HIGH! I don't think I have ever seen it that high.

Thursday Kendall and I went on a HIKE!
After our hike we went made a DELICIOUS lunch and watche "how to marry a millionare" with Marilyn Monroe. Then we went to visit my GRANDMA Leatham.
Friday Kendall took me to porcupine dam to see how high it was and it was just BEAUTIFUL up there in the mountains of AVON.
But first we had to play in the mud!
AMAZING!
Friday night we went to my aunt and uncles house to watch an OUTDOOR MOVIE! We watched "megamind" I absolutely loved it and Kendall bought it for me the next DAY- Love you Karma and Carl!
SATURDAY is our last real day in WELLSVILLE so we had to make the best of it! We went to some yard sales, and the DI and to hastings, taco time for lunch. RANDOMLY we ended up at the Franklin County Fair for about 20 minutes. I found my future RIDE

New Blog for the Browns
Hey! I’m a Blogger Now! I really hope I can keep this up, mostly so I can figure out where I’ve been and where Kendall’s money goes. HAHA. I have been taking summer classes and I had my last final TODAY (sing today). I was going to start this blog last week but how dumb would I be to start a blog during finals week. RIGHT real dumb. I have been asked by a friend at church “what have you been up to your never here.” I had to think of it where have we been it seems like we are only in church every other week. I had to think of what we have done this year and why is it FLYING BY.
Even though it didn’t (but we were there for Christmas) but I’m going to say our year started in my favorite place, WELLSVILLE, UTAH.

Then in January my Darlin wisked me away to Toas, New Mexico. We had so much fun we had a suite that had 2 beds, 2 tvs, a fridge and a microwave. Something I love about Kendall is he looks for Hotels that offer breakfast. We went to the plaza and walked around, and to the Rio Grande Gorge, then to the ski resort to see it. When we first got there we ate at a Mexican restaurant, Kendall of course ordered Menudo. It was tons of fun to get away for our Forth Anniversary.
Ok so when you think of the south west you think of a huge cactus that have the giant arms, RIGHT? I thought New Mexico would have them, but it doesn’t. So in February we went to meet Elder Tinoco in Mesa Arizona. Kendall was mission companions with him in New Jersey. I had a lot of fun hearing about New Jersey and mission life of my darlin. He made us this tilapia and shrimp soup, delicious. We went to dinner with them at the Bass Shop Restaurant (I clearly can’t remember what the restaurants name really was). His mom made us breakfast of menudo (Kendall is in heaven) and we went to church. His mom made us dinner also of tacitos, delicious. We had a wonderful time with his parents and it was awesome getting to know him and his wife Cindy and little baby Joanna.
Now the semester is over and I get a short break until next semester starts.

The beginning of March was Kaleb’s First Birthday! We picked up Reece and Shelbi and went to Crownpoint.
I have been unemployed since November (by choice, I have a good man), anyway I get a phone call from one of my favorite people January 21, 2011. (Yes this is out of order for good reason). Una is on the phone she said “do you want to come to my wedding?” Me “UHHHHHH yeah” “when?” Her “I’ll come get you in 20 MINUTES.” Me “uh ok.” So my dear friend cousin Una wants me to be a witness at her wedding. Can you say HONORED, I was so honored she would think of ME. But she didn’t really celebrate her wedding until March 12th. So we went to Window Rock to celebrate with Una and Aaron Pesata (love you guys). We then brought Troy home with us, we wanted to help him with school.
Also in March we went to Lupton for a very sad funeral, and in this picture is Kendall, Grandma Brown (Kendall’s paternal grandma), Grandma Mary Loy (Kendall’s grandpa Brown’s sister) and Gilbert (Kendall’s dad). Funerals are never fun but it was great to see family. Lots of family I haven’t ever met even after 4 years of being a BROWN.
At the end of March I drove to UTAH all by myself. I went to be with my mommy, I was there for about 3 weeks. I love this picture of my mom reading a TRACTOR magazine with my nephew. I can’t believe he is 4 already. Sorry I still missed your birthday buddyL
Kendall tells me that he used to spend EASTER at his Grandma Richards house. So this year we headed out and we got there late so we camped in the Jeep just outside here area. And we had a cookout with Gilbert, Michelle, Bennie, Zepher, Onyx, Benjamin and Grandma. We had a blast to spend a special holiday with a special GRANDMA.
For spring break we kidnapped Chad and we all went on a really AWESOME Jeep trail near Monticello, NM. The trail was so cool you had to cross the river several time and we got out to play in it in some places. Shortly after this picture was taken the water pump went out and getting out of the canyon was an adventure all on it’s own. Una came to save the day but we still had to spent the night in T or C, NM. Thanks Una
I thought for sure he was going to get rid of it after this.
Way back when Kendall first started his job he would carpool to work with this lady named Fran. She invited us to her 4th of July party in DECEMBER! (I thought that was funny). So we went to her home for the celebration and she fed us this.
In July 8-10 we went to Castle Rock, Colorado to see my best friend from my youth. We drove half way one night and this is where we camped.
Castle Rock is really close to Denver so we got ice cream and gelato at this place. Isn’t that milk can amazing? We also saw where the Broncos and the Rockies play. The streets in Denver are really weird and narrow, and diagonal, I’m glad I wasn’t driving. We also went to the Temple it was so peaceful and tiny.
I am so glad I got to spend time with my friend. I was fun to reminisce of old times and discuss new goals. There isn’t many of my memories that doesn’t have Martilyn in it. Thanks Kevin and Marti for such a fun weekend. (And Kevin you take good care of them;).
We invited ourselves to a cook out our friends Benita and Utahna were having at the park, for the forth of July. While visiting, Utahna mentioned a cattle drive her family was doing to brand and immunize in a couple of weeks. So we again invited ourselves to the cattle drive. This was AWESOME! I had absolutely no CLUE, my Marine/sk8r boi/Registered Nurse Darlin was a C-O-W-B-O-Y! Can I just say how lucky I am, EXTREMELY! Anyway I rode with Utahna’s cousin in the car to deliver food to the hard working ranch-hands. This was such an amazing opportunity thanks Utahna! On our way home we kidnapped Chad again.
JULY 29, 30 & 31 Was the BROWN FAMILY REUNION! I love being a BROWN, I love being with the BROWNS. We had tons of fun at the lake my neck and feet are the only areas that got fried on me. Kendall’s little love handles got it ;( sorry my bad. Thanks to whoever threw this together it was really fun. Darlin thanks for getting us a room with extra cold air conditioning.
So this is my year so far, sorry this is so long this blog is more for me, than you.
